Professional logo for website, clothing, business cards promotional material, sticker

I am opening a stand up paddle board club, I have a firm idea of the logo I want and have several images to combine so I am after someone creative who can creat it electronically rather than my dodgy drawings. I've attached pictures I like a circular drawing I've done but the palm tree looking like the first picture with the surfer girl in the centre but some how she needs to be holding a paddle. The colouring in the circle is like in the 2nd picture - I hope that makes sense.
