Professional Logo for a startup e-commerce shop + Landing page

Hello,
I would like to create a web-store which sells custom made pictures online. the website has to be created from scratch.
my first step is to create the logo and the landing page theme to capture emails and subscribers. (the brand name and domain name are already created)

Ideally I'm looking for someone who has a professional level and good record of delivering high quality and fast results. (Top Cert ++ )
I have a draft design document to give you an idea, which I'm happy to share on request.
