Professional Logo Design + Brand Use Manual

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional brand logo and deliver all required brand assets for our company.

Scope of Work

The designer must deliver:

1. Logo Creation

Minimum 3 distinct logo concepts/versions to choose from.

Logo must be modern, professional, and aligned with the brand values (will be provided upon contract).

2. Final Deliverables

Once the preferred concept is selected, the designer must deliver:

A. Final Logo Package

Full-colour version

Black & white / grayscale version

Horizontal and vertical layouts

Icon-only / symbol version

Transparent background versions

High-resolution files

B. File Formats (mandatory)

Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG

Raster files: PNG, JPG (high resolution)

PDF (print-ready)

3. Brand Use Manual (“Manual de Uso”)

A simple but professional brand guideline document covering:

Minimum clear space

Colour palette (RGB, CMYK, HEX)

Typography

Examples of application (web, print, social media)

4. Adaptations Required

Social media profile icons

Social media cover versions (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)

Favicon

Monochrome version for stamps/seals

Optional: A4 letterhead and email signature (add separate price if needed)

Requirements:

Proven experience in logo creation and brand identity

Include portfolio links

Indicate availability and delivery time

Provide a fixed price or detailed cost structure

Must deliver all source files and grant full usage rights

Delivery Time

Initial 3 logo proposals within 5–7 days

Final package and manual: within 3 days after concept approval
