Professional Graphic Design - Logo Project

Note: my budget is negotiable , upon the production of below :

This project is more of an 'interview' I have already sourced this project to 3 designers all of which have let me down and have failed the project.

1. About the company
the companies name ITech Computer Solutions Ltd, formed in 2013 offers commercial and domestic services to all parts of the IT sector, from virus removal to corporate network management, VOIP telephone systems to computer training, we cover it all. the vision for the business over the next year will be to open a shop and office base in the Cambridgeshire area, the shop will also (important to this post) offer graphic design and print services. I myself am not a graphic designer, and when it comes to design i suck. so I will be looking to form a relationship with a freelance designer that can support our work. no better interview than subbing out the companies branding, possibly one of the most important projects in the life of Business, too many times have i had international 'Graphic Designers' approach me offering design for £20 and producing 'artwork' that looks like a high school student designed in paint. This project is PROFESSIONAL PROFESSIONAL PROFESSIONAL !!! so if you are not the following them im afraid your not for us - at least 5 years experience in the design sector - contactable during office hours - professional and understanding - frankly good at your job. if you are then please keep reading.

2. what were looking for,
This project will be for the design of the companies Logo, I have attached a few ideas one of which i really like, but for this project your really going to need to impress, before accepting any proposal i will require a telephone conversation with the designer to portray his / her idea to me , alternatively you can design your best concept send it over along side a proposal and quotation. if i like it we will work together to tweak it and perfect it (of course once the proposal has been accepted and the funds placed in an escrow account).

the first attached example 'All systems are go' I like the colors, and possibly the overlay of binary on the GO. the second i really like, I like the layout and style, I like the use of the cloud, the third 'TekLogic' again i like the colors, i like the bezel that's been used. merging the designs together creating something unique

I DON'T WANT ORIGINAL , please allow me to make that clear, really there are too many businesses out there with pathetic excuses of a logo especially in IT, its embarrassing that a company that's suppose to live and breath technology cant even produce a impressive logo, Im sorry but we wont be one of those companies.


3. My requirements
- A professional logo concept

-Using a cloud vector in a similar fashion to example 2 (this is down to you the designer to impress me the client, with your graphic design, I wont waste my time even responding to designs that are anything less than professional, so please dont be sending me a design with a cloud as a background, be creative, be 'desginy'.

- the use of sharp eye catching colors, << Very important

- a nice bezel to make the logo look shiny (similar to example 3 TekLogic)

- I would also like to experiment with using the IT from the companies name ITech and putting Making above and Easy below the letters IT, ' Making IT Easy'

4. Finally my details.

If your interested in taking on the project, then i believe you deserve to know who your working with, if your concerned that i may be one of these cut and run buyers then allow me to make you these re-asurements

- as the company's director i am happy to sign a contract stating that if the proposal is except able we will work together on the project, if its not your cosept will be disposed of (deleted)

If i weren't legitimate i dont think id be posting an essay with my companies details on a public forum....

* as a note to help artists out, and to be as thorough as we can in explanation below are rough pantones in RGB of the colours we like, note there not exact.

Green - R: 177 G:214 B: 109
