Professional Finishing of Brand Logo

This logo for a high tech sports brand is essentially complete, but it is made in Pages format and therefore cannot be edited easily. I need someone to reproduce it professionally exactly as it is but finished properly and make it in the following file formats; PDF, Illustrator and 1 or two more file types that might be useful if we need to send it to manufacturers.

These file types should have the proportions/measurements on them so we have the length to height ratios for different uses. This part of the delivery is therefore 3 designs of almost exactly what is contained in the attached file.

On top of the exact existing versions of the 3 existing designs (long curve, shorter curve, curve only), I also need the following,

1. A version of each of the 3 existing designs, but instead of a circle starting the curve, there should be a small NU from the word NUDGE (you will see the NU is connected as one). That will serve as the start of the curve rather than the circle.

2. 3 variations of the curve on it's own so it can stand alone with some presence at times where the word Nudge does not appears alongside it, as Nike do when they put only the swoosh but no wording.
