Professional design of drafted logo for clothes and accessories

I need a designer who specialises in creating professional logos that can be printed/sewn onto clothes (T-shirts, jackets etc.) and accessories (caps, bags). I am an individual just experimenting with an idea and have sketched a basic draft/mock-up of what the design might look like or essentially, the key concepts/words/illustrations that I want to include. I can send this out separately to interested parties as part of further discussion and negotiation.
