Placewell - redraw logo as vector

I seek a skilled graphic designer to vectorise a sample logo design. The original RGB file is a raster image that is unsuitable for artwork and commercial printing. I'm asking the logo be redrawn as industry standard vector graphic files (PDF and EPS) following the aesthetics and style of the supplied sample logo. Applicants should have proficient knowledge of industry-standard vector software such as Adobe Illustrator and be well-versed in graphic design principles including form, balance, and typography.
