New Property Investor Company Logo

Hi there,

I have a few ideas for my company logo but don't have the skills to put it together and make it look professional with some finesse. I'd like to incorporate the two persons holding hands with 'handing over of keys over the company name i.e. replacing the 'roof' element of the first design, still keeping them in almost an image of a house. Can anyone help? Would be open to your creative minds and ideas. Please see my attached ideas!
