New logo for email signatures

I need a logo designed for a newly created division within our company which follows the same colour scheme.
I have attached a copy of my main company logo and two pitiful attempts of my own but which states what I need on them.

The main use for this will be as an email signature which will have my main logo on as well so they need to tie in together. Hopefully you will be able to use the colours from the main in the new creation.
