I'm looking for a logo for Grizzly Survival Gear company.

The logo should include a bear with mouth open, with 'GRIZZLY' text below and slogon 'Survival Gear' - very similar to the design below:

The design should be supplied in black on white as jpeg, vector, png and ai files.

I need 2 variations of the design as the logo will be going on both product and website. 1. with bear icon top, followeed by company name 2. Bear icon left, with company name to the right. The reason for this is due to some products not having much space for logo, so having it horizointal as oppose to vertical will help.
