New Logo/Brand

I am looking to create a new logo and brand for a new small consultancy business. The business supports large corporates in technology, telecoms, broadcast and media, with Operational consultancy. Specifically we help senior executives (CEO, COO and CIO) deliver radical changes to their operations. This could be people based or technolgoy based, or both. We help them because the y might not have the skills or time in house. The brand needs to fresh, a bit funky (our company colours are dark grey and violet (light purple), clean, simple, and have a sensible 'connection' to change operations. Words we use regularly are transformation, change, improvement, strategy, transition. We're looking for a fixed price bid for 10 different ideas so we can later develpop 1 or 2 (the development of the further two are not in scope at this stage).. Thanks!
