New identity/ logo design for corporate company needed

We're updating our profile, which includes the need for a new corporate identity/ logo. We still like the current logo, but feel it's time to refresh and maybe have a complete change.

Required info,

The name is Lightworx Media Ltd.

The company is a Production Company and visual effects facility.

We've been around since 1999.

Our current logo is a crystal cog, we like that it incorporates light (the crystal/ glass material) and works (the cog itself).
We used to have a rainbow in the logo design too but that was dropped(8 years ago).

We see our company name as something synonymous with what we do; as creative’s we often have to take something that was filmed and break it down into its most basic components before we can make something new from it. Light going through a prism is broken down into its most basic components creating a rainbow. We like to play on this synchronicity.

We want someone who can look at our business and come up with something that fits. We especially like ideas that are creative and unique.
