Need single artwork

We would like artwork for our single called *Add it Up*. Below attached are outlined maps of the area we are from. We would both these places highlighted, Bedford in Red and High Wycombe in Blue, coloured in. It would also need a Parental Advisory Logo on the bottom left hand corner - I can attach this as well

We will need our artists names in each of them. Kay Ayy in High Wycombe and Kontent in Bedford.
