Need Logo for New Website

Hi. I need a great logo for a new website. The logo should be mosty text, but include a small graphic also. I am not sure abouut a color palette. However, I want it to be kind of bold and flashy. The text for the Logo should read "TenantAnswering.com". TenantAnswering.com" should be bigger than the rest of the text. The new site is a subsidiary of Insta Answer, which can be found at https://insta-answer.com. Also should include smaller text that reads "Real Estate Answering Powered by Insta Answer".

The primary colors for Insta Answer are blue and white. However, we want new and bolder colors for the ElevatorMonitoring.net site. Perhaps, orange or something. However, we are open to any color palettes the artist might suggest. For better consideration of your offer, please include a simple watermarked mockup. For what we need, just submitting past work samples might not be enough.
