Need help improving a logo - I simply dont have the time - Fluent english please!

I really need some help with a logo design that I simply haven't got the time to do as I am moving.

The client needs logo to be Improved in set areas - Convert this image to a sharp smooth vector.

Then the green sections need to look like fluid - liquid - Please try to stick to the same colour green !

The back Wiggly section at the back also needs to look more like wax.

Please do not change any other part of the logo - the initials need to stay the same.

My budget is £10
