Need a logo designed

So I'm setting up a new business in Ireland. A bar and restaurant serving craft beer and cocktails & contemporary food. I have already designed two different logos on photoshop but my skill are limited. We are generally happy with them but just feel that they are missing something. Not sure what, but it needs a professional eye to decide. Both are attached as png's but can send as pds if needed. Would just like an estimate as to how much it would cost for you to finish them. Thanks a million and if you need more info just shout.
