Need 2 logos designed

I need two logos designed for a company called Groundskeeping Ltd.

First logo needs to incorporate the company name for use on headed paper, invoicing and business cards. With a “of nature” design with trees/grass around the text but in a compact design. Colour pallets of blacks dark grays and greens.

The second image should be a very simplifies logo for use on the reverse of business cards and web sites etc. Think “app logo” for this. Orange colour pallet for printing on a green background.
