My design converted into a logo

Extra notes: I have some sketches of ideas I need converting in to a digital logo (PNG, JPEG & EPS files)

Logo is for a dog grooming business and needs to include a blond girl cuddling two dogs in her arms surrounded by dog grooming equipment (comb, scissors, clippers) and bubbles, and the words Claire's Dog Care.

I want the logo to be in the style of Quentin Blake - see Quentin Blake Samples image attached (line drawing with watercolour)

I want the logo to include a blond haired girl holding two dogs in her arms - as outlined in CDC Example 01

The logo needs to work in a square shape and a rectangular (letterbox) shape - as shown in CDC Example 02 (note I do not want solid colours like those shown - I want watercolour)

Colours:
The girls hair must be yellow
One of the dogs must be a burnt orange colour possibly #CF5117
