Merit Health Logo Design

I need a logo designed. The logo consists of a graphic and text. The graphics should be round and on the left of the text.
The graphic should have the following colours : navy blue and yellow. Navy blue is the dominant colour.

Please look at the sample logos I have uploaded. Use the third logo in the samples, the one with the single hand and blue and pink. Replace the blue with navy blue and the pink with yellow.

The text part should be in Navy blue it should say Merit Health
