Looking for a remote designer

I seek a skilled remote designer to create several t-shirt designs for my online store. The ideal candidate will possess experience designing apparel graphics and be well-versed in various visual styling techniques. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus but not required.

The role involves designing new t-shirt concepts everyday on an ongoing basis. Designs should be clean, creative representations that will appeal to a broad audience. Strong illustration, layout, and color theory skills are necessary to craft eye-catching graphics which complement the laidback fashion of t-shirts. The designer must have demonstrated ability to efficiently translate design concepts into high-resolution digital files optimized for various garment printing methods.

As an independent contractor, the designer will work remotely with flexible daily hours totaling 4-6 per day. Communication will occur primarily via email to provide briefs, exchange design drafts and revisions, and track project status. The ideal designer experiences the creative process as a craft yet maintains organization to meet deadlines. They are highly self-motivated yet welcome constructive feedback to continuously improve their skills.
