Looking for a logo for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) team badge

We have a BJJ team called ‘BJJ WARRIORS’
We are looking to design a team logo for a Gi Patch.

The key components are it must have included init 3 main things to signify 3 founding members; there nicknames are:
Kungfu Panda
The Destroyer
Rib Breaker

We’d obviously like the team name on it somewhere: ‘BJJ WARRIORS’

We have a very basic design done by one of the team but it’s not right. We’d like to get a professional design done.
I will attach that design to give you some idea. We like the blood effect so perhaps that could be incorporated?

What we don’t want is anyone to simply (lazily) just take this design and move it around a bit! We expect a completely new design using totally different pictures. Otherwise we’d just use this one.
So if you truly feel you have the skill and creative mind to invent something better and more professional and unique then we’d be really happy to pay for that!
