Looking for a creative graphic designer

Extra notes: I am looking for a creative high end designer to create a logo for a sub brand (a course) of our marketing company.

Also need the same designer to create a concept for this sub brand with some extra visuals we can use for the promotional material (on the landing page for example)

Need someone to provide some drafts straight away and has great communication skilss.
