Logo rework

I have just taken over running of a company who recently had their logo reworked. Unfortunately they are not in touch with the designer and only have a low-res version of this design which makes it impossible to use professionally for all that we need it for.

We don't have the illustrator or vector files, or the logo on a clear background. We need someone to help us trace the logo to create all these, and also amend slightly with wording for one of the subsidiaries.

This should be a very quick job.
