Logo required for hotel business

I am looking for a graphic designer that can help me come up with a logo for a hotel business that I am planning to establish going forward. The logo must be elegant, exotic, sophisticated-looking, which is why I would love for the graphic designer to have some experience of creating logos for hotel chains and within the hospitality industry in general. Additionally, despite the aforementioned exclusiveness that I ask for, I would like the logo in question to also somehow communicate that my hotel offers “something for everyone”, in a jack of all trades kind of way, while reflecting grandeur and luxury, as much as a Middle Eastern conglomerate would (nothing has to be Middle Eastern in nature, I just used an example). Moreover, I would like the expected name of my company to be incorporated somehow into the logo too.

I would like the designer to ensure that they don’t divulge the design they create for me, to anyone else, even as part of their portfolios going forward, especially since the company the logo is meant for, hasn’t been incorporated yet. Also, seeing as how the brand name hasn’t been incorporated yet, the advantage that we are presented with, is that I don’t have a time limit for the completion of the project for the time being (even though plans can change), which is why I will be taking the time to go through every proposal I receive, deeply, prior to making any commitments with any particular designer.

Most importantly, since I am new to logo design related escapades, I want the designer to be well versed enough with what I am asking for, to be able to advise me and give me suggestions in case I am unsure about what it is that I want, at any point of time. Also, I want the designer to be open to revisions, and be dedicated enough to help me come up with something that guarantees me success in the field that I am set to embark upon.
