Logo redesign

Hello all.

I am looking to redesign my logo for my business.
My company is a pharmaceutical consultancy offering support to small companies.
I will include what my current logo looks like but also an idea of a future logo, but I would like it better than what I created.
1. Logo with globe is current logo
2. Logo with pills is suggested design for new logo.

I will be wanting to use the logo on my website, business cards, letterheads, merchandise

I will also need a second logo to be created for my personal profile (called Sanjay M),
The profile logo will be for my travelling, photo, vlogging and gadget reviews. This will go on my youtube, instagram, facebook and on T-shirts
I have also uploaded a suggestion.
