Logo Re-design

Hi,

To my original logo-idea (see hand-drawn images), I have recently made with simple tools ("Paint" and a rose picture from "Canva"), a logo, which i am already using for various products and platforms (web site, Facebook, brochures, letters, business cards, PowerPoint, etc.). The logo includes the letter "M" with an "a" within it, and a rose/flower on the right hand side. I am using it in a few type variations (see underneath).
I would like to have the logo re-designed, so that it would:
1. look nicer - especially having a considerably better look of the letters in the center (possibly make them thiker and with a 3D touch); it is possible to add a 3D touch to other elements too; another version of the flower can be suggested too (even though this one is already pretty good)
2. keep the same colours - gold (#FEBD59), red (#982A4F), white. (Possibly useful to note is that in some of my files, i am using also the colour #D06956.)

1. The logo is required to be provided ALL of the following (five) logo type variations:
1.1.1 golden circle within red square - see attached current version as example to start with
1.1.2 golden circle within red circle - see attached current version as example to start with
1.2.1 white circle within red square - see attached current version as example to start with
1.2.2 white circle within red circle
1.3.1 red letters on entirely white background without circle - see attached current version as example to start with

2. Files to be delivered FOR EACH of the above logo type variations:
2.1. Size and resolution variations - 1 bigger, 1 middle, 1 smaller - I need your expert advice on the best size and resolutions for my case. What i know is that e.g. the small version is going to be used as a logo in Facebook.
2.2. Provision of 100% of the original 3D and vector graphics, images and files, scalable to any size, without losing quality
2.3.1 All fully editable source files, where colours and text can be updated if I want to,
2.3.2 including JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, GIF, PSD, AI, EPS and all other relevant file types based on the software that you are using, e.g .OBJ, C4D, etc. I require knowledge on the name of the software, with which the logo was originally designed.

3. Rights:
3.1 I have exclusive 100% rights of the logo, files, all of their parts, design and everything related to them
3.2 If pictures are used (e.g. for the flower), I require to know what is the source of the image; and if it is a paid image, a proof that it is legally bought and can be used for the purpose of my logo

4. Revisions:
4.1. Unlimited concepts (we are not starting from scratch, and the whole purpose is to achieve a high quality), unlimited revisions, unlimited colour options
4.2. Free online support guarantee - during working-week-days - for 2 years
