Logo re-design

We are a firm of accountants and have a very old logo that needs updating. The new one needs to retain something of the old one and fit in with the style on our website. Please see attachments for our current logo and screen shot of our web site style. The text on the old logo does not need to be retained, it can be but we are open to anything. We would need the final logo in low, medium and high resolutions (high enough to be printed on letter heads etc).
