Logo needed

We are a new company developing sport events that are completely new in four different fields.
Road bike, Speed roller (Ice-scating), skiing and Nature adventure projects with wild animals (this last one is a by product.
We are as well involved in the build up of the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan Cortina and are looking for somebody right now that can design for us a attractive, dynamic logo.
The Company is called 'QuattroPiste' that means as much as 'FourTracks'
I have made a little design myself which I will attache. We do like very much the colours red, black and silver (or a grayish silver to dominate.
Once the logo is done we are interested in stationary and web site design as well and all the stuff that goes with it.
I have not put a budget in this proposal. Please let me know what your pricing would be. Thank you
