Logo & Infographic design

I am setting up a new business and I am looking for a creative who will be able to assist in doing the following:
Design of a logo
Develop an infographic who will summarise the company proposition and a bit about the founder. Text & ideas will be provided

I am after someone who is creative, flexible and cost effective. If things go well - the same person should also work on a brochure and web site.

Details on the company and proposition would be provided as well as most of the copy

Ideally would like this to be done within the next 10 days - starting 25th of March 2013

Budget is hard to tell but I would expect something like:
3 to 5h on logo
Around 40 to 100H on the infographic
