I represent a technology company Peritum.
Peritum provides expert, technical consulting services for patent litigation. So we are in is both: litigation and technical.
The logo should work well in a simple black and white or grayscale setting, e.g. when printed out with a black and white printer. It's your call if you decide to mix in some blue as well into a colorized logo.
The audience for our brand is law firms, judges, and juries.
It would also be nice if it were possible to optionally list the logo with a slogan like "Expert Technical Consulting," i.e. can use the logo with or without a slogan.
In our space things tend to be clean, simple and professional.
