Logo for "Fishing For Science"

Brief
I am looking for a logo design that incorporates both my love of fishing and love of science.
I am free to ideas and suggestions however some key points to consider are.
1. The logo must work in many scenarios i.e. online/facebook and on clothing and various scales. The ability for it to scale without loosing too much quality is important.
2. Fish to be in good detail and focal point (NOT USA species or Bass)
3. Must have Fishing For Science some how on the logo
4. Must include angling in some form (i.e line to hook),
5. Science in some aspect.

Rough ideas
1. Fish in a conical flask full of liquid with a line and hook coming down and the name some how in place
2. A scientist in a lab coat with a fishing rod playing a fish and the name some how in place.


However I am free to other suggestions and really look forward to working with someone to make this happen. So please ask any questions.
