Logo for business

I need a design of an image/icon for my company logo. The text is not important. Ideally I would like 2 versions, one icon only and one with icon plus text. The Company name is Origo Property Solutions and the business profile is home improvements, renovations, kitchen fitting, internal refurbishments. I would like to have something that is more unique than the usual tools-houses-roofs-handyman figures.
The colour palette is dark blues/greys on white background. I would need a version with transparent background to make a van vinyl of it.
The main shape of the icon would be round-ish, circular, maybe elliptical.
