Logo & favicon design by UK designer

Hi, I have an idea for a logo that is a mixture of a phoenix and my business name; Expressive Voice. It needs to be tasteful gold like the lotus image attached (so not just one colour) thin-ish lines. (My business has nothing to do with lotus, i've just attached to show colour). It needs to be sexy.and feminine as that's my brand. My business is about self actualisation and freedom so I like phoenix's. Again it all have to be tasteful as they are used a lot. I like originality so that'll be a challenge. I need a favicon too, have attached a rough idea, I'm not a designer obviously. More business info. on request. Font wise. I like Lingerie font so if you have that that's great. This will take a bit of to and fro but once I find people I like I like to continue working with them if we can get things right.
