Logo Designs for a start up Telecoms Company

I am looking for 2 x logos for a new mobile trading business, the logos need to be suitable for use on hard copy media (letter heads, business cards etc) and will also be used on our website when it is built.
1) The main business will be sourcing, refurbishing and reselling 2nd user handsets, customers will be predominantly B2B and the logo will need to be simple, clean and 'corporate'.
2) This will be a B2C website, the key function of the site will be to source iPhones from individuals for refurbishment and resale, the logo should be bright, eye-catching, memorable and created without infringing any of Apple's copyrights.

We have no set expectations in terms of font, colour or design so please give me some rough ideas with your bids. We will be establishing more sites related to the core business in the near future so I will need more work done, I may also need the actual sites building, so if you have that capability too please let me know.
