Logo designer with experience in 3d image creation required for design of logo

Hi there, my team and I have been working on a brand for an upcoming web base affiliate network. We already have a logo at our disposal however we feel that is not up to standard, we require a logo designer/illustrator to create a "re-imagining" of our logo. Essentially we want something that is higher quality than our current design. We dont have alot of cash being a startup however we believe our business has alot of potential hence any designer we choose now, we hope can become a longterm partner.

Edit 1: Please find attached the logo concept the previous designer completed. As you can see our main qualms were that the logo did not have that 3d "feel" the lettering appeared merely drawn in front of the balloon and everyting appeared cheap. Instead we wanted the lettering to appear as if it was drawn on the balloon, the balloon being a 3d object. Attachment 2 shows the way we would the lettering to appear on the balloon (keep in mind obviously that only a single letter from the word "Tickler" will be drawn on each balloon.
