Logo Designer Needed

I am in the process of starting my own Mixed Martial Arts equipment and clothing web store and I am looking for somebody to design a logo to represent the company. As the company is a start up I have a very limited budget but if you do a good job for me I will use you in the future for other word that I will need doing (business cards, letterheads, flyers, brochures, etc.) The logo needs to be eye catching, fit in with the Mixed Martial Arts market and be web friendly.
