Logo design with illustration needed

We are developing a business that sells picnics to holiday makers in Mallorca. The brand needs to feel somewhat historic and show sone sense of tradition, but at the same time be fun and even irreverent. The company has a Spanish name which is el duque del almuerzo. It translates as the duke of lunch. I have attached an image of a very rough sketch of an idea. The image in the middle is a headshot of a duke that is actually a cheese. It’s this sort of thing we think will work. We would like someone to design this or something like it that looks really good. Colours will be important as they will inform the brand colours on all the marketing. The brand values are fun, luxury and about curated quality local produce where we know the suppliers and have total supply chain provinence. The brand should attract Northern Europeans (mainly British ) holiday makers who are willing to pay for a high quality picnic with local foods and the free use of a picnic set (including wicker basket, blanket, cutlery, crockery etc). Maybe sone of this could feature in the logo?
