Logo Design for use on website

I am separating my self from my business and building my own brand, I am in the process of developing my own website and so I am looking for a logo that I can use on my website and on emails I send out as a header / footer.

The words I want in the logo are:
Nicola Mullarkey, the honest recruiter, straight talking recruitment.

I'm not sure whether to have all 3 parts or just Nicola Mullarkey, the honest recruiter or the honet recruiter, straight talking recruitment.

The colours I am looking at are a dark blue with a couple of shares of pinks/purples....I have a site that I have seen the colours that I like...I am happy to share this with you, once you are chosen.

I want the logo to look professional as I deal with senior people in Buiness and professional recruiters. I'm not interested in any animations.

I want the wesite finished in the next 4 weeks. So would love a quick turn around on this.
