Logo design for sub-brand

We are starting a charitable arm of our business to handle our sustainability projects and charity work. Our business is furniture design and called Urbansize which we already have a logo for. The new logo that I need will be for UrbanKind by Urbansize.

You can use our current logo as a basis for the design but we will need to introduce a slightly different colour maybe green to reflect the environmental factor.
