Logo design for Student Advisory Services, USA

Need help on designing a logo that is sort of in a format that is attached. Open to other ideas as well. Need the name to be clearly visible: Student Advisory Services USA. We also have an acronym: SAS USA. US Flag colors/design should be part of the logo to clearly show that it is a US-based company. We also have a tagline: Run by Moms. This should not technically be part of the logo file but be a separate file so that we can pick and choose where we want to insert the tagline.

There would also be future work of website design and brochure design for the same company.
