Logo Design For New Coffee Roasters

I want to get a logo done for a new coffee roasting venture called 'Bacon & Black' that encompasses the relaxed but refinded nature of the business.

I have attached some images of logo ideas that i like to but to be honest I would rather this project was lead by the artist. I like stylish, unfussy designs but I realise that is frustratingly vague.

The business is a small scale coffee roasters that was born out of a love for drinking black coffee and eating bacon. The logo is intended to be used on packaging and online.
