Logo Design & Business card creative

Hi,

I am a start up property business looking to get my branding sorted - including the creation of a company logo, brand colour, fonts and a business card design as phase 1,
I will then also be looking soon after to have a investor pack / brochure designed once I complete the copy.

I already have a logo which was started by a friend, but I feel it is not quite there yet and needs some refinement.
