Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Number of revisions: 0
Ideas for the visual style: Slight variation of existing logo
Preferred colors: navy, white, orange
Where the design will be used: website, print, social media, event brochure and signage
Extra notes: I'm looking for someone to artwork a slight variation of my current logo for an event I'm running.
I have attached a jpg of the current logo (make it British)along with a rough version that i have worked up of the new logo (Make it British- Meet the Manufacturer) and a copy of the current Twitter icon.
I have the original .eps and .ai files for both the logo and Twitter icon and I need the following done in a suitable format for web and print:
- recolouring of current logo with word British changing font slightly and words Meet the Manufacturer under British as per mock up below.
- creation of Twitter icon/favicon/Facebook icon to compliment the above. Twitter icon should include the cotton reel and ideally the letters MM instead of MB
- guidance on complimentary font(s) to use for the website to accompany the event
Subject to successful completion of the above there is the possibility of further work to do the artwork for banners and brochures for the event.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE REDESIGN JOB BUT JUST REFINING MY ROUGH ARTWORK INTO SOMETHING THAT I CAN USE ON THE NEW WEBSITE AND PUT AS A LETTERHEAD ON A PRESS RELEASE
I would need the logo in EPS & Photoshop layer files and a high enough resolution to be able to send it to printers to use for a large banner
The work needs to be completed by the end of Monday 27th January
The current logo uses Sverige Script for the words 'Make it' and Quattrocento for 'British'.
The new mock up uses Baskerville for the word British and Baskerville italic for the words Meet the Manufacturer
I think a sans serif font needs to be chosen for the website to compliment this.
The orange i have used for the mock up is #fc6900 but i think it is a bit too bright and could do with taking back a notch.
If you wish to bid for this job please advise as to when you could do the work and any refinements you would propose to the mock up that i have created.
Thank you!
