LOGO DESIGN ASAP! VERY URGENT

There's a Carribean Restaurant called Kalooki's (based in Turks and Caicos). They were majorly affected in their location because of the hurricane they've had to relocate from being a beach setting to a more classy/upper market setting in the tourist area.

The look she is trying to achieve now is something different, more elegant and classy as it is in a tourist area and in a complex that is surrounded by other high-end restaurants.

Therefore, she'd like to create a logo, menu, double sided rack card, business card design, sidewalk design and a sticker design as part of her rebranding.

She's described her new restaurant to have a rustic/wooden interior, brown-washed - I've attached a picture of some inspiration she had. She would like the walls to have quotes on them and create a fresh and exciting feel filled with vibrant colours, incredible patterns and interesting mixes of old and new designs. Hope I'm painting a good enough picture in your head :)

For now, she'd like to start with creating the new Kalooki's logo. She'd like a rustic version of the logo and a pop colour (with orange/red) integrated version, too. She plans on using the rustic version one on the wall in the interior and the pop colour fun version will be used on stickers/takeaway boxes/flyers etc. She may want several other versions with different pop colours depending on how fun she wants to make it, but for now 2 versions (rustic & red/orange)

She'd like to keep the same font but change the logo completely.

There is a logo she likes and saw on Pinterest. I have attached this.
Rustic with pop's of colour is what she is going for.
As per the color chart, she is thinking that the main colour would be along the lines of Burly (DEB887) or Sienna ( A0522D)

Pops of colous I like, but am not limited to are

Orange - FF4500
Deep Sky - 00BFFF
Yellow - FFF33
