Logo design and unification of SVG-images for icons

Job description:
- A new logo should be designed. It should something between this one 1) and this one 2).
Logo will be used for a tab title in browser (like 26 x 26px or 32 x 32px) and in a website as well (here is normal size needed). A logo should be unified with colours already used in web site (red/#CC2928, black/#000, white/#fff, grey/#999, red gradient)
- There are couple of icons 3), which should get the same styling and be unified.

Initial contact and call:
- If you like to do this job, please let me know when can you start, how much time you would need to accomplish the job and what would be your price. Also please provide couple time slots with GTM0 time zone for potential initial video call along with your linked profile link (this is important). If we have a video call, you would need a working video camera (this is also important).

Way of work:
- If we decide to work together, the amount of money we agree on will be paid after you deliver your result. If there be delay with delivery after a deadline we agree at the beginning , then amount of compensation will be reduced by same portion (we will need to discuss how much). This is required to motivate you to stick to deadlines. Also a some portion of total payment will be paid first in about one week after your delivery. This should give me some time to check your results for any overlooked issues. How much it be, we will discuss during our first call.
