Extra notes: Concept: Bistronomy. This is a combination of:
1) Gastronomy: for the delicious food. The quality of the products that are used, is very important. The focus is purely on the food, its flavour, and the feelings that it inspires. No-nonsense food but of high quality and beautifully presented. Belgian & French cuisine.
2) Bistro: for the look n' feel of the accomodation

The other file is an example of how the restaurant will look like on the inside, even though the tables will be more fancy.
