Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
A University needs a new logo for a new network/group that has not yet been set up.
I am looking for a designer who is very creative and can suggest several unique ideas for the concept before they present the concept images (to save time). Ideally someone located in the UK or with no more than 3 hours time difference to UK (GMT) so we can liaise in daylight hours.
Ideally the logo needs to show a possible relationship with another logo (see attached), but must also be distinct and have its own identity.
The logo design is for a new network group. It will be called The UoG Network for Social Enterprise in Education and Health. (SEEH)
The network will organise events targeted at staff, students, the public and organisations interested in discussing and learning about how social enterprise is relevant to and contributing to society in terms of health, social care, education and communities.
The network will bring these people together to share learning and best practice examples and to learn from experts; enable people to network and form partnerships; engage people in interesting discussions relating to social enterprise and innovation in health and education.
Events will include an annual social enterprise festival, bi-monthly expert discussions, debates, discussions.
It must be a clever logo that will work on a dark and a clear background. I think a circle shape would work best given the amount of text but I am open to ideas.
The final logo must be available in all formats (EPS, JPEG, PNG) and also sized up for twitter and Facebook.
We must have full copyright for the logo.
