Extra notes: My existing logo is purely text, and while I do like it, it is quite harsh, especially when marketting myself as a wedding photographer.

I would like to keep the logo size/aspect so that it fits within the same space on my website to facilitate an easy change over.

Below is a link to another photographer who's logo I like. It uses bold modern text like mine, but also the softens off script font/signature which gives it a much more appealing overall feel.
This is just to give an idea of what I would like to achieve, I am not looking for a 'copy' of his logo, not least because he operates within my area.
