Logo design

I am in need of a logo for a new company called \"Heard Executive Ltd\". It is a permanent recruitment company with the emphasis being work in the construction industry. I am looking for someone who can design a clean, simple logo. Corporate colours have not been decided on yet and I am open to any suggestions (orange and navy blue is a possibility). Quotes to include your fee, number of design ideas you would propose and time scales would be great.
