Logo design

I am looking for a logo design for start up psychotherapy service: Newcastle Counselling Services. I'd like the logo to convey understanding, being heard, tranquility, journey to peace of mind, health.

Said that, I'm open to suggestions. I am open to any colours, and prefer solid ones with no gradients. The only must is a clarity.
